They're expensive but well worth the price. Bought 5 of these 12 years ago. We are live aboard, full time cruisers, so they get an extraordinary amount of use. After 12 years, they look great with almost no yellowing of the plastic and require little to no maintenance, except cleaning. One of them finally wore out and needed replacement. I ordered the wrong screen and Vince at Ahoy Captain made it his mission to get the right screen to me as quickly as possible. It arrived within days and I was credited for the return immediately. Couldn't ask for better. The only complaint I have is the tabs that cover the screws are a nightmare. They don't swing open wide enough for easy access to the screws. They're almost impossible to remove and they break easily. Just a nasty design flaw. |
